Sniping is fine. If you're getting counter-sniped by a forge gun regularly how about you just change position (even slightly in the same general area, since they HAVE NO SCOPE)? You can 1-hit headshot anything in the game except dual buffer tank...

Yes, a jetpack would fix this problem but it'd also cause a few others I'd think. I'm not thoroughly opposed to a jetpack idea, as long as it had proper constraints (height and/or cost limits).

It would be amazing if we had some sort of device to help us scale walls (none of that jetpack nonsense). Be it suction cups, grappling hook, whatever. Make it take a utility slot - as that's exactly what it would be - and give it some drawbacks...
